Part 8 Hair @ Home & Beyond...
My home set up for doing hair was not fantastic, but it was workable. My setup was in the basement. By word of mouth my clientele was growing and we got another foster care placement. I also started selling on Amazon and Ebay. Life was going great! Kaboom...our foster son was pulled from our home and I was charged with neglect by his doctor. Apparently this doc did not like me helping him with taking care of his diabetes. I had to go through several interviews etc and was fin

Part 7 We are staying in NE
The position that Paul got would start here in NE, then he would be working in TX for 6 months or so as well. I missed working in the hair industry and we needed more income to pay all those mortgages ;). I found a receptionist position part time at JCPenney @ Oakview mall. For the first while I really enjoyed being the receptionist, however I started really missing my art of hair. I decided to get my cosmetology license here in NE and get back to being a hair artist. part 6 Retiring from the AF
My hubby retired from the AF in 2010, he had served for 22 years. We had a great retirement ceremony for him and then went on a extended vacation across country to see my family in Canada. I grew a great clientele of mostly military people, we did a lot of hair cut playdates lol it was great fun! Paul's next duty station was Offutt, NE. we moved here in 2008 and bought a house in Papillion. He continued to deploy a lot, the time difference was much more

Part 4 Infertility & a move
So, now we had to file new papers with immigration, since we were married. That cost another $1000. Immigration sure is expensive! We also started infertility treatments. Crazy shots in the butt and 3 IUI (Intrauterine Insemination). It was not working, so I went in for a Laparoscopy to find out what was going on in my body. They did a routine pregnancy test (honestly this is the first one I had done for a long time that I was sure was negative lol) they told me that I was pr
